Blues Underground Network Submit Your CD Emanuele Fizzotti "Manny's Blues" (Italy) |
The original compositions range from the rock blues style of “Do You Love Me” to the rockabilly style of “Something Ain’t Right”, from the acoustic blues style of “I can Fly” to the funky rock style of “No Peace Of Mind”, from the fast Texas shuffle style of “Shut Up” to the slow blues of “Hey Baby” and “A Brand New Love”. The 3 covers vary from a tribute to Bob Dylan in “Odds And Ends” played with a rockier edge, to the country / bluegrass reworking of the Beatles' "Lady Madonna" and the traditional tune "Railroad Worksong".
